How and when to tell her I like her?

Okay so I work with this girl at summer recreation. Basically we have to watch a bunch of 10 year olds together for 9 hours a day. Anyways, we are both girls and we are both bisexual. I'm really starting to get a crush on her. This job only has two weeks left and I don't know if I should tell her that I like her now or wait until the two weeks is up so that it isn't awkward at work. The only problem with waiting is that I probably won't ever really see her. So what should I do? Wait or just o for it?
