It could just be that you're swimming to hard and to fast for your fitness level. This happened to me as well when I first started out swimming. I'd say try slowing down a bit, rest more often and not every time you feel the headache coming on, and do not go as far. Swimming endurance is something that has to be built up over time. So take it slow and see if that helps =). Also, unless you're really sure you're doing everything correct. I suggest taking a class or getting a coach or someone who knows about swimming to come and watch you swim, at least once. I've been seeing this guy (we were friends before we started having sex) for seven months now, though we're not officially boyfriend and girlfriend. I know that because we're not official technically either of us could have sex with/see someone else, but when we're together he always says that he doesn't want me with anyone else, and he's suggested that he isn't (although whether he actually is or not I don't know.. not really my business). Should I try out for JV Field Hockey as a Freshman?

Ok, so i'm going to be a freshman in the fall and i want to play field hockey. there are no tryout for the freshman field hockey team at my school, and i have heard that most of the girls on the team have never played before and the coach isn't that great and and it isn't till JV when they actually learn how to play the game. By the end of the summer I will have completed about 5 field hockey camps/clinic, 1 private lesson, and 1 recreation team. I'm worried that if i'm on the freshman team i'm going to be somewhat "held back", but am i crazy to consider trying out for JV. I'm not like super amazing or anything, but the girls on the freshman team have barely played before. Ok I am a amatuer piano player; I only play for recreation but a few years ago I bought this piano that lighted up and told you what nots to play so you could play lots of great songs. One of my favorites was the Petit Chein piece by Chopin. By using the piano I got I was able to perfect the melody just about but the problem is I was using both hands so I couldn't even do any of the support , lower range, notes on the bass cleff. Hey, I'm a seventeen year old guy that has never went out on a date, never made out with a girl, has trouble with talking with girls, and isn't all too popular. the court finds a man in contempt after he came in on his expected date too late due to being in court in another city where had a court appearance for trial,had no lawyer was told to return on the next day court resumes due to being too late (by person over intercom speaker at judges office), which was 3 days do to holiday, not including weekend, man appeared bright and early when court resumes as told voluntarily and willingly, go's before judge and was asked why weren't you here, he explains was in another court your honor here is the notice for trial in that court. judge says give me one reason why i shouldn't lock you up. he tells judge, your honor because i tried to get here as soon as i could, and did speak with your office to make them aware, and second is judge im here the next date of court, showing good intent. and lastly, have death in family my nephew whom i raised from a child is being buried saturday. judge dealt harshly with the man, he further pleads for his freedom and the judge replies "you don't want to come to court". man tells judge your honor in nearly 3 yrs there was only 1 other date missed and it was due to hospitalization and you jailed me 6 months for it even with proof. he replies " i find you in contempt your will serve 90 days in jail. during which time you will be brought to court every morning and remain till days end until a resolution is reached in this case. no attorney court appoints one for him, who now tells that they want you now to plead guilty or they will give you 30 yrs, then states 5 yrs and 5 suspended, then states the state is agreeing to recommend 2 yrs and to allow the judge to decide what to do. the man having paid thousands of dollars for restitution over the period of mounts before also comes in the day the judge locks him away with $5,000.00 more nearly paying off all that was claimed to be owed by him who was running a construction company and due to a business deal gone bad had problems with checks bouncing written to various lumber yards and suppliers for material. now although he agrees its his responsibility he him self didn't write the checks, but it was at permission. he feels this was all a ploy to detain him so he could easier be threatened and coerced to plead guilty as he had no defense nor ability to produce documents. he didn't have family available to locate his documents to help him. unfair it seems to me, man lost job he acquired after losing his previous job for long absence when judge held for 6 months as earlier mentioned. this man is show society merits of good citizenship and others who commits crimes doesn't even seem to care what they do, and compassion is given to them. can he take his plea back for coercion? and what can be done about the judge locking him up for as the judge states it "you should have come to my court room first". plus the court appointed attorney says " the judge has had a loss to him before dealing with a check that's why he's so hard on you". bias, and prejudice against him because of personal reasons? he needs to be excused from this case.

My boyfriend and I have been together for 14 years and have a 3 yr old son. Things have been rocky between us since our son was born and now it's got to the point where I think the relationship may be beyond fixing. We never go out alone as we have no family near us and my boyfriend does not trust a babysitter to come into the house. We don't talk in the evenings, instead he normally goes on the computer and I watch tv or go on my laptop. As I AM a pain patient for 22 years, I am deeply involved in eliminating the stigma that comes with the use of opiate pain meds. I have had to learn on my own, pharmacology, and have learned how the medical system works, good and bad. I have seen much suffering, much ignorance, and have a deep understanding of the issues that affect those of us who have severe chronic pain. I am attempting to be selfless, and very honest on this matter. Do not give up hope, I myself am very tired of having to bury friends who have been driven to suiced. There IS a way, there IS an answer. BUT, let me say if one decides to use opite pain killers, there is a high price to pay, both socially and mentally, temendous inner strenght is needed. When they say to you, " be a man, you can take it" trust me, when one is in severe pain, he will do anything to stop the pain. Tough has nothing to do with it. From MY experience, having many bad wrecks on harleys, working 40 years of my life, my body has been abused, and now, I am paying for it. Compassdion is needed, anyone who needs help. i will try, just know , i will answer no questions from those who seek pain meds for recreation.That has caused those of us who NEED the medicines, to be desriminated against. There ARE laws concerning the proper dignified treatment of patients who need pain relief, and there are many sides to this topic. And a battle is going on in this country right now, to eliminate ignorance, and desrimination.My advice to all, is is you are young, and have back pain, try EVERYTHING else before you decide to take opiate pain meds, it is a life sentence, once one reaches high doses, ones chemistry is changed. There are responsible ways to use pain meds, and they are not written down in the PDR, they are learned, the hard way. Good repore with your doctor is key, and great patience, and honesty. Yes, as many of you know, major sectors of the medical community are in turmoil, resulting in less than adequte care for most all. Its very simple, opite pain meds, once a person has taken them for years, will render the patient physically dependent, and the withdraws are as close to death many will ever feel, and not die. I mean, I am very much into this trial. I believe she did it, but I made this answer through rational thought. The medias hype over this trial is starting to actually sicken me. This was a brutal, awful murder of a little girl, and the media, ( however slyfully ) is manipulating people by over-exposing this case.. using it as a ploy. Ladies, I need advice on my appearance and how my girlfriend could react?

I have had a little bit of trouble with my weight over the last few years so I have tried diets and workouts to help this problem. In the meantime I purchased those slimming compression shirts to wear as an undershirt. It does make me look much slimmer, still I look stocky but it at least hides the gut and moobs that once showed without the undershirt. It also gives me a little confidence that I am not as fat as I once looked. Here is the problem; I have been wearing these slim shirts under my dress shirts which is fine for work or a date. My new gf and I went to a baseball game last weekend and she asked why I was wearing an undershirt since it was really hot outside. She could see it under my jersey tee shirt. Now I am paranoid that she is going to be weirded out if we get intimate and my shirt happens to come off and she sees that I have been wearing this undershirt to hide my fat. Are these two tv series any good?

I watch Community, The Office, Parks and Recreation, Modern Family, and 30 Rock (to a lesser extent). Community is different from just about any comedy I've seen because it breaks down the fourth wall all the time. It's really smart- they make fun of all the genres of movies and shows we all have become accustomed to. So in that sense, if you are trying to find something "like" Community, it's going to be pretty tough. If you don't like The Office, Parks and Rec might not be your cup of tea. The show was originally going to be a spin off of The Office, but the Leslie Knope character was too much like Michael Scott character from The Office. So the two shows share a lot of comedic sensibilities. 30 Rock is funny, but I just never was able to get into it like I was with the other shows. I fought watching Modern Family for a while, but eventually gave in. And it's def a great show. Funny, witty, and touching. Give that one a shot.

My girlfriend and i have been together for over 2 years now and we also live together. She has a wonderful son who's almost 3. My problem is we also live with her ex girlfriend for over 2 years. Hey guys. For the past week I've had ringing in my ears, I'm not sure if it will be temporary or permanent. I shot a few rounds out of a handgun with no ear protection is how it happened. Tomorrow, there's an even at a local recreation park called "Mayday" which features instrumental bands, and Dubstep music. I'm not going to go if I have to wear earplugs, it just ruins the point of it all. It's either I'm going to go, or not at all. I do have an appointment coming up with an Audiologist/ENT to see what damage I may have caused (I'm sure years of blaring Slayer & tossing firecrackers around didn't help this either). It's sad that I'm only 20 & might have permanent Tinnitus forever. Anyways, I don't HAVE TO stand close to the speakers, and won't, but I'm just wondering if the loud event in general will furthur damage my hearing. Thanks everyone.
