Why isnt hulu updating their shows?

hulu is weeks behind on parks and recreation, the office ( the whole NBC thursday lineup) . and family guy i think is late whats going on? when i had hulu plus it was updated faster it seemed, but even before hulu plus the episodes were updated like within a week theyre like at least 3 weeks behind?
