Denver or Houston? Which is a better city to spend my 20s?

If it had been any other state compared to Texas I would have said Houston in a heartbeat but Colorado is hard to beat. Houston has about all that stuff above except for recreation/day drives. Well, it has that too but they are awful compared to Denver. An hour or two drive in any direction from Denver will bring you to some of the most beautiful and recreational friendly parts of the country. Even a short drives brings huge opprotunities. Plus its a beautiful city where you can look up and see MOUNTAINS. And I can not even begin to express how much better the climate is than Houston. If you have problems with killer heat, extreme humidity, hurricanes, and endless summers (by summer i mean at least a 5 month part of the year where it is too hot to do anything outside whatsoever unless you wake up at the crack of dawn) then you should probably move to Denver.
